Police Clearance
For people interested in serving in our children & youth ministries, they must have a recent police information check and provide a copy to our Pastoral staff.

Steps to complete Police Information Check:
Register for an account
Fill out your information
Select the For Volunteer Option - ($20)
Keep the receipt and get it reimbursed through the ministry coordinator by downloading this reimbursement form and providing a copy to the coordinator.
Filing An Incident Report
Key Incidents Requiring a Report:
Injuries: Any injury to a member, visitor, or volunteer on church property (e.g., falls, accidents).
Safety/Security Threats: Vandalism, thefts, threats of violence, or disruptive behavior, often requiring documented police involvement.
Suspected Abuse: Mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse or neglect, which can have both criminal and civil implications.
Medical Emergencies: Any incident where emergency services (911) are called.
Significant Hazards: Near-miss incidents or hazardous conditions that could cause future harm
