For church members interested in serving in our children & youth ministries, they must have a recent police information check and provide a copy to our Pastoral staff.

Steps to complete Police Information Check:

Register for an account
Fill out your information
Select the For Volunteer Option - ($20)
Keep the receipt and get it reimbursed through the ministry coordinator by downloading this reimbursement form and providing a copy to the coordinator.
