Family Camp 2025: Walk in the Light

It’s that time of year! Family Camp will be June 27 to June 29, 2025 at Moonlight Bay Centre (53102 RR 40, 1204, Wabamun, Alberta, T0E 2K0).

Invite your friends and loved ones for a time away from the city and busyness of life to be together and find out what God has in store for us this year during Family Camp. Theme this year is “walk in the light” and will be having guest speaker, Pastor Bob Shepansky.

Please ensure payments are given Janet Almonte at the Welcome Desk in the Foyer before or after church service.

Check in time: June 27 at 8am

Check out time: June 29 at 3pm

Registration Information (not including meals)

$100/room per night

$35/tent (2 Days)

$15 for Day Visit

Food

2-day campers (13 y/o and above) - $50.00 (5 meals)

2-day campers (6-12 y/o) - $25.00 (5 meals)

$10/meal for non-campers

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the Living Grace Church Family Camp involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Living Grace Church Family Camp, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Living Grace International Baptist Church, its clergy, staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in the event. I understand that this release of liability and waiver of legal rights will bind my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the event is conducted. If any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the activities associated with the Living Grace Church Family Camp Retreat, and I agree to comply with all rules and instructions provided by the organizers. I have carefully read and understand the contents of this Disclaimer of Liability and Release of Claims statement, and I voluntarily sign it with full knowledge of its significance.
