Family Camp: Walk in the Light

It’s that time of year! Family Camp will be June 27 to June 29, 2025 at Moonlight Bay Centre (53102 RR 40, 1204, Wabamun, Alberta, T0E 2K0).

Get ready for a life-giving weekend of faith, fun, and family! Join us for Family Camp 2025 at the beautiful Moonlight Bay Retreat Center, from June 27–29, as we gather around the theme: "Walk In The Light" (1 John 1:7).

This special weekend is designed for all ages, with inspiring worship, meaningful teaching, campfires, outdoor adventures, and plenty of time to grow closer to God—and each other. It’s a weekend you won’t want to miss! Let’s step into the light together. Register today and prepare your hearts for a weekend of transformation!

Disclaimer of Liability and Release of Claims

I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the Living Grace Church Family Camp involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Living Grace Church Family Camp, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Living Grace International Baptist Church, its clergy, staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in the event. I understand that this release of liability and waiver of legal rights will bind my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the event is conducted. If any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the activities associated with the Living Grace Church Family Camp Retreat, and I agree to comply with all rules and instructions provided by the organizers. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE WAIVER

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Living Grace Church, its representatives, employees, volunteers, and agents the right to take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of me and my child(ren) listed below in connection with Family Camp 2025. I authorize Living Grace Church its assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Living Grace Church may use such photographs, videos, and/or recordings of me and my child(ren) with or without our names for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media, and web content. I understand and agree that: -These materials will become the property of Living Grace Church. -I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings. -I may revoke this consent in writing at any time, but it will not apply retroactively to materials already produced. -I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the LGC Family Camp and will not be returned.
